Memorial to Thanos Axarlian, the student who was killed by the November 17th Terrorist Group on July 14th 1992. The target of the attack was the Minister of Finance Ioannis Paliokrassas. Axarlian had come to Athens to escape the war in Yugoslavia where he was a student. The memorial is on the corner of Voulis Street and Kar Servias Street.
